Thank you for your interest in Franklin’s city government.  I am Mike Skinner and I am Alderman of the 3rd Ward in Franklin.  I was appointed three years ago from a group of eight applicants to fill an unexpired term.  I won the support of 3rd Ward constituents like you in 2009 who share my concerns in wanting to make and preserve Franklin as a great place to live, work and raise our families.
